This is not a genre that I normally read, so I was not sure exactly what to expect. But I ultimately enjoyed the book very much. It is very well written with good character development, and the characters drew me in to the story and made me want to find out what happened next to them. I found it to be a romantic and sexy book, without resorting to being trashy. I can't say how it compares to other books of its genre, but I did enjoy it.Product details

Hot sex, likable characters, feasible story. I would have liked to see more interaction with Hilary, and I thought they were naive about what their office mates would have noticed. There were hints that her live-in lover could be extremely dastardly. (The way his male friends reacted to being introduced to her, I wondered if he was setting up a "Story of O" situation.) but no, he was just a b@stard. All in all, I would read it a second time. I would also purchase her next book.
This book was an awesome read and had just the right amount of intimacy to keep it steamy. Good job!
Caught my attention from the very beginning and I'm not usually fond of this genre. Characters were developed at a good pace and the story itself was well written. Some situations that occur in this book really make you think about what goes on in the mind of a significant other. Highly recommend to anyone interested in romantic/suspenseful novels. Can't wait to read the authors next piece of work!!
It's not often that I read a book in one day. I couldn't put this one down. The characters are so relatable and vulnerable. The story goes where you want it to without being predictable. I loved how the author told both sides of the story. And let's just be real here, who doesn't want a love like this?! I Would highly recommend reading this book.
So wow...
First off, I don't like stories with cheating. This story was well written, minimal errors, and very engaging. I enjoyed seeing these two fumble through something neither agreed with. I can't imagine how they were never caught, but it didn't take away from the story. With a HEA to seal the deal I enjoyed it and recommend this story if you can look past the indiscretion.
I couldn't be more excited for Danielle and how things worked out for her. She tried so hard to stay faithful only to have her boyfriend cheat on her. Even though he treated her like dirt most of the time, and her cheated on her, she stayed with him. When she finally had her eyes opened to see just what a huge snake he really was did she let her defenses down and find true love. I hope Marcus stay single and unhappy for the rest of his life!
I want more! This book takes over your thoughts for the day - don't expect to put it down till the end! The character's are relatable and real; giving an instant connection! More than an affair in this book; a glimpse of domestic abuse and a women's struggle with it. Forbidden lust, daily hardships, lies, karma, justice and true love find their way into this saucy story! Can't wait for what's next from KS Marshall
